In this role you will be supporting the office manager/project coordinator with the following:
Produce sub- contractor contract packages & purchase orders Vendor & Client Data Entry Request & approve Insurance Requirements Requesting building access at job sites Collections Travel coordination Client Proposals Request for proposals (RFP) Request for information (RFI) Follow up with sub-contractors on bid request Upload drawings Create spreadsheets Preferred Requirements:
1-2 years experience in either the commercial property management or construction field Microsoft word, excel, power point, Procore & QuickBooks Pay:
$50,000.
00 - $60,000.
00 per year

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
