Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers with their questions and concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback.
Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensuring all daily orders are shipped on time.
Managing all Tradeshow portals ensuring all Tradeshow information is up to date.
Booking Hotels and logistics of the shows.
Organizing and filing.
Office Inventory Control Communication with Sales Team on all samples Product inventory control with responsibility of requesting additional product in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft excel.
Record Keeping.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
